Phase I: Conflict Use mercenaries to claim territories and harvest their resources. Dominate your opponents through mass or brute force operations.
Phase II: Offerings Trade in complex markets or consume resources for new material. Troops, criminal actions or political intrigue - what will it be?
Phase III: Parliament Bribe members of parliament to push through laws in your favor and prevent others. But beware of conspiracies and assassinations!
Phase IV: Foundation Activate your unique role effects to develop the game further. Trade or blackmail each other - and enrich yourselves shamelessly!
