Shipping policy

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PRE-ORDERING OUR GAME VIA THIS ONLINE SHOP

CHANGES IN FINAL VERSION
All the items shown are still in development. Some elements like sizes, quantities, illustrations and layouts may be subject to change before the final production. We will only proceed to these changes if they are to the benefit of the game. Our top priority will always be to deliver you the best game we can. 

PRODUCTION RISKS
Items and colors shown might differ in the final product due to supplier/manufacturer errors. In addition, the production may get delayed due to various reasons. Supplier shortage, holiday traffic, and weather conditions are just a few examples. SYNCANITE GmbH should not be held responsible for delays caused by third parties, however, we will do all we can to avoid and mitigate such delays. 

MISSING / DAMAGED ITEMS
If after receiving your whole order, there are missing/damaged items please inform us by sending an email at support[at]syncanite.de including some photos of what was damaged. We will do all we can to send you replacements for the missing/damaged items as soon as possible.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS
We will resend any packages returned to us undelivered after we inform you. If a package is not delivered due to your fault (wrong address given, backer didn't claim the delivered package from their post office, etc), we may request additional shipping fees to resend the package. 

DELIVERY DATE
The estimated delivery is shown in the respective shipping option. However, third parties involved with the production of items needed to fulfill the campaign may cause unpredictable delays. Also, after sending the packages, further delays may occur due to your local customs and postal services traffic that are out of SYNCANITE GAMES control. Please note that delivery dates that involve shipping refer to the month we expect to dispatch the items. 

DELIVERY ADDRESS & TARIFFS
Please provide us with a shipping address that will be valid around your expected delivery date. Please note that tariff fees might be added to your order if they apply, even after payment. We reserve the right to withhold packages till the fees are paid. It might also happen, that these fees get collected by our fulfillment partner at delivery.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
Please note that due to weight limitations in the shipping methods we use, your order may be delivered in multiple packages. Even though all of your packages most probably will get shipped at the same time, there is always a chance they will arrive several days apart. This may occur due to each country's postal service sort-and-dispatch system. 

DATA PROTECTION
Under data protection and GDPR laws, we will never sell your data to third parties and will never transfer your personal information to people who are not directly affiliated with the fulfillment of your order.
